Data collected

The only data collected on this institutional site is what you send us voluntarily through the contact form, the demonstration request, the launch alert or the publications sign-up: surname, first name, role, country, professional email and message.

Purpose of processing

This data is used solely to handle your request, and is neither sold nor passed to third parties for commercial purposes.

Retention period

Contact and demonstration requests are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and any commercial relationship that follows, then archived or deleted in line with the applicable legal retention periods.

Cookies and audience measurement

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure its audience. No Google script is loaded and no measurement cookie is set until you have given your agreement in the banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, nothing is collected. If you accept, audience measurement cookies are set for a maximum of thirteen months, and the corresponding data may be processed outside the European Union under the safeguards provided by Google. No advertising cookie is set and no data is used for targeting.

You can change your choice at any time through the “Audience measurement” link in the footer. Your decision is kept for six months in your browser's local storage, after which you are asked again. Your light or dark theme preference is stored there too: it stays on your device and is never transmitted.

Your rights

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have a right of access, rectification, objection and erasure of your data. To exercise it, write to legal@arbitra.fr.

This policy covers the institutional site arbitra.fr. Data processing within the application (arbitra.app) is covered by a separate policy, provided when you sign up for the product.
